Lupe Fiasco is such a friggin lyrical GENIUS and it heart my heart last year to find out that his next album [see: lupEND] was gonna be his last. i thought i was gonna die. buuuuuut thanks to twitter.. the newest addition to my electronic best friends [lOl] i have come to find out that his next album will be called Lasers .
According to one of Fiasco's tweets, " Lasers ...comes from some repressed highschool outcast shit...blended amidst 'And He Gets the Girl' ambitions."

Brown, on Sunday, plead guilty to assault charges after a judge scolded him for what he'd done. Rihanna, who many suspect to be in new relations with the likes of Kanye West and Drake, was the one who wanted to give Brown the opportunity to avoid jail time in exchange for a guilty plea.

ANYhow... "The Death of Auto-Tune", is the official first single, and it is M E A N.
The beat is serious, his lyrics are so vintage jiggaman, for once, it sounds like it wasn't written by a Beyonce-crazy businessman. Uggh (See: Hollywood/Kingdom Come).
But whas interestin' is who produced it. Of course, No I.D is on the track, but Kanye? Kanye is my fav. producer, heck he's my favorite rapper, celebrity 'n' all that. But why would he produce a track called "The death of the autotune, when he spent a whole year recordin' an album using auto-tune, that brought him near multi-platinum success.
I guess he's talkin' about T-Pain and those guys. Noooooooo, but wait. Didn't T-Pain bring Kanye a Grammy-Award Winning single? (See: Goodlife).
